I hope you're all doing great! A big THANK
YOU to everyone who came out to the Howard Beach Columbus Day Parade last
Sunday! It was a total success and SO much fun! The Parade attracts over 10,000
people every year, and it was a pleasure being part of it for a second year. I
was featured on a float in the Parade, where I danced to and sang all 3 of my
newest songs, including "Bite Me!" Afterwards, I was also part of the Main Stage
line-up, where my performance of "Bite Me!" was featured on local New York TV!
For all of you who didn't get a chance to come, here are the awesome
photos! Click here
And
here's some other fun news:

who made this possible, and I can't wait to put up even more videos and songs
for you to watch and listen to! Click on the links above to go to my website and
YouTube!

Hey everyone! I hope you are all enjoying the hot summer weather and
doing great. I'm glad to be back writing to you after a busy time in the
recording studio!
I'm happy to announce that my new Power-Pop track "Stay" is now up on my website, www.lasaramusic.com! You can listen to the full track on the website, and download the song on ITunes at www.itunes.com
(keywords: "la Sara Stay"). "Stay" is a fiesty and emotional Power-Pop
track with lots of harmonies, an awesome crunchy-sounding bass, and big,
live sound. I'm proud to be a co-arranger and co-producer on the song. A
special thanks goes out to John Kiehl at Soundtracks Studios in NYC for
his involvement with the project. A big thanks also goes out to Ric
Schnupp at Soundtracks Studios - his co-arranging and mixing really made
this track. Thanks also goes out to Matt Powell for his great
mastering, and to Liz Caplan for her involvement in the process.
At
this point, I'm in the studio recording new tracks for everyone to
listen to, and will be posting the songs on the website as soon as
the're finished! These tracks are bright, edgy, and spunky - made of
pure Pop material. They reflect a new exciting phase for me and my
music.I'll also be updating my calendar with new shows from now on, so
keep an eye out for those. I would love to see you all at my shows!
Ciao Ciao,
la Sara
